You may browse educational modules from Dutch universities, but you may not scrape, copy, or misuse the platform. External university links are not under our responsibility. Welcome to LLO Caribbean (“we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of the website https://llo-caribbean.org (the “Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, please discontinue using the Platform.
LLO Caribbean is a community-oriented platform where Dutch universities can share modules aimed at learners in the Caribbean. Users can browse module listings, view details, and navigate to university websites for enrollment or more information.
We do not offer user accounts, and users cannot submit or upload content.
You agree that you will NOT:
Use the Platform for illegal, harmful, or abusive activities
Attempt to scrape, copy, extract, or harvest data without explicit permission
Interfere with or disrupt the functionality of the Platform
Impersonate LLO Caribbean, universities, or other entities
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the Platform
You may use the Platform only for personal, non-commercial, lawful purposes.
The Platform contains links to external university websites.
We are not responsible for:
their content
their policies
their accuracy
any actions taken on those sites
Visiting external links is at your own risk.
All content on the Platform — including design, text, layout, and structure — is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may not:
Copy, reproduce, or distribute platform content
Scrape or export data
Reverse-engineer any part of the Platform
Universities retain ownership of their respective content and module descriptions.
The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee:
uninterrupted access
availability
accuracy of module information
absence of errors
Modules are provided by universities, and we do not verify their accuracy.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
loss of data
issues caused by external websites
inaccuracies in university-provided information
Your use of the Platform is at your own risk.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be reflected on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Platform means you accept the revised Terms.
